The NII Team



Ian Richardson
Director		 Ian splits his work day between coordinating the graphics department and planning future NII developments. He is also responsible for attracting additional business clients and running the companies IT/PC Repair arm.
Jim Kyle
Print Manager		 Jim  is the de facto head of our Printing department. His responsibilities are ensuring the Lithographic press and its output are maintained at all times and constantly reviewing quality control.
Paul Banks
Process Manager		 Paul is leading the processing and final preparation side of the print business. Included here are all the associated criteria such as numbering, padding and booking. Up to and including shipping to the clients.
Ann Richardson
Company Secretary

Ann has moved from retail work into accounts almost flawlessly and is responsible for that area of the business which includes coordinating our payroll and mid to long term financial strategy. She splits her time between the local brewery and NII ensuring both businesses accounting departments are working efficiently. NII use the Sage small business package to help manage this area.
Dodo Elphinstone
Printer		 Dodo is a well known figure on Unst and throughout Shetland where his singing and master of ceremony talents have ensured a welcome everywhere. He combines his work in the print shop with a titular title of roving ambassador to ensure our name is known throughout the Islands.
Nelson Smith
Sales Rep		 Nelson ran Tanglewood Printing services for over 20 years in Shetland before deciding to sell his business to us last year. His help and guidance has ensured the companies printing service got off to a flying start. Nelson has agreed to stay on as our sales rep / training advisor and all round "font of all knowledge", we couldn't have done it without him.
