Workshop – Base Repair:
Workshop Repairs: If the equipment is brought to us for workshop repairs the costs are minimised. As an example there is no call out fee and the job will not attract the time penalties that may occur during a visit to your premises.
Hourly Rate: £20.00 this includes the first 2 hours of any job and any software problems cleared within that time. The allocated time period does not begin until we look at the equipment.
After the first 2 hours £15.00 per hour or part thereof. Should equipment need to be removed and work carried out within our workshop clients are only charged for time taken to carry out agreed work, and records of work done will be produced on request.
Completion Time: All tasks requiring spare parts to complete will involve an agreed timescale between NII & the client. Our estimated time to completion will be 72 hours for items that can be sourced locally, if spares need to be obtained from further afield this time will be explained to the client. In any instance clients will be kept appraised of the job status at regular intervals.
Costs resulting from the task: Any parts, discs, soft or
hardware that requires replacement or financial outlay will be agreed between
NII and the client before such items are sourced and purchased.
Home Visit:
Although we are happy to make
house calls the cost for the first 2 hours rises to £25.00 and due to staff limitations
there may be a wait of several days until we can respond
