General Charges ( Ex VAT) and explanatory notes

Charges: £25 for the first 2 hours and £15 for every hour or part of an hour thereafter.

Charges continued: £30 to make a house call and £15 for every hour or part of an hour thereafter.

Call out fee: £10 Yell & £15 Fetlar

Workshop Repairs: This is our primary method of assistance and allows us to use our equipment to better analyse the fault

and reduce the time and cost to yourselves.

Costs resulting from the task: Any parts, discs, soft or hardware that requires replacement or financial outlay will be agreed between NII and the client before such items are sourced and purchased.

Business requirements: Any requirements above and beyond those already covered will be open to mutually agreeable negotiation between NII & the client dependent on those requirements and the ability of NII to deliver.

Please Note: Any requests to download and/or update software can be time consuming and may incur extra charges. On a similar note if setting up either dial up or Broadband internet access standard phone fits are assumed unless otherwise informed
